Cooking course for participants of all experience levels
In this cooking seminar, participants learn about the many everyday dishes associated with nikuman (a steamed noodle filled with meat). They will learn how to prepare the noodle dough and filling correctly. The Japanese course instructor Kazue Farber invites you on a culinary journey to the Far East, where participants can be inspired by everyday Japanese cuisine and receive valuable tips for successful preparation.

Please bring: Apron, tea towels, vegetable and all-purpose knives and tins/freezer bags for transporting food.
