Japonaise is what Olav Seidel and Ryo Takeda call their Japanese/French pop-up kitchen.
Olav lives and breathes classic French cuisine. The maître runs his restaurant in Bärwalde near Moritzburg. Ryo, a radio newsreader by trade,
is a #ramenlover and puts his Japanese roots to good use. The two serve their consommé ramen at the market. There will also be a vegan version.
