The Lisa Wulff Trio plays contemporary jazz in a classic trio line-up. With saxophonist Adrian Hanack and drummer Silvan Strauß, the bassist and bandleader has put together a colorful trio of headstrong musicians who give her compositions the right colors. Since 2014, the three musicians have been continuously working on developing their sound, experimenting and always exploring new paths together.

From groove and swing to free, spherical improvisations or classical works, everything is possible with Lisa Wulff's compositions.

Together with drummer Silvan Strauß, who is no longer a stranger as a sideman (Nils Landgren, Maria Joao, among others) and bandleader (Toy Toy), and saxophonist Adrian Hanack (e.g. Meute, we don't suck we blow), who always provides surprises, from avant-garde solos to imaginative, airy ballad interpretations, bassist Lisa Wulff forms a strong unit with her warm double bass and soprano bass sound, rousing grooves and lyrical solos.
