Welcome to the Institute for Immortality Research! You, the audience, are the key test subjects for the immortality experiment. Do you have any concerns? Too late, you have already been assigned a fixed test group based on the parameters collected. The experiment is underway. In the research laboratory, the scientists are preparing everything to achieve immortality. The immortal cell line of HeLa cells, discovered in 1951 and taken from the cancer cells of Henrietta Lacks, is at the center of the research. However, Minnie and Mary, two lab assistants, are plagued by pangs of conscience. Are these cell samples under their microscopes mere material or do they contain real human destinies? As the cells divide endlessly, doubts grow about the legitimacy of their research. Another research approach is revealed in MARV, the digital clone of a deceased person.
However, the clone causes confusion among acquaintances of the deceased and turns previously accepted concepts of identity upside down. And so a macabre game between life and death unfolds at the institute. The final phase of the experiment is set to begin with a massive energy discharge experiment, but suddenly ancient deities make themselves heard and upset the order. Some things are opaque in the laboratories of immortality, where profit interests, presumption and personal motives mingle with the oldest fears and desires of mankind. Dear test subjects, if you end up feeling immortal, please contact us!
The second part of the performance is not barrier-free!
