It's supposed to be a cozy evening: after nine years, Sandra and Katrin, who were close friends at university, meet again by chance. They have moved to the same area, have great men at their side and their children are almost the same age - reason enough to rekindle their old friendship over dinner. But when Katrin discovers Sandra's inlaid placenta on the bookshelf, it becomes clear that the former similarities are not all that far off. While Katrin travels the world as a curator and Steffen, her partner, looks after their daughter, Sandra is a passionate housewife and mother - her husband Erik is responsible for earning the money. Role models, ideals and well-hidden abysses are increasingly revealed and there is not a small enough pitfall to avoid stepping into.

Zur Hölle mit den anderen, originally filmed for ARD, is a bitterly wicked comedy about the inconsistency of today's life models and, with its quick-witted dialog, heads towards a total fiasco. Maintaining one's own concept of life becomes a bitter struggle and the later the evening, the more every weapon and every means, no matter how vile, is justified in order to defend one's own form of existence.

After "Kasimir und Kaukasus", the four "Sturm der Liebe" stars can now be seen in "Zur Hölle mit den anderen" at Hamburg's Lustspielhaus Alma Hoppe. Don't miss it!
