Jiddisch-Musikfest

In the organizer's words:

Naye un alte yidishe zinglider The motto of the evening, "Tsuzamen", is particularly topical at a time when wars are raging in Ukraine and Israel and our society is becoming increasingly divided. The desire for peace unites the musicians who come together on the stage of the Goldbekhaus on this evening. Yiddish music has an almost inexhaustible repertoire of songs that express the desire for freedom, peace and justice. The 13 artists on this evening will draw from this rich repertoire. They offer a broad spectrum of songs, which they interpret in very different ways, so that the colorful diversity of Yiddish music, which knows no borders, can be heard.
