Here you will learn everything about coffee, from the coffee plant to processing and roasting. In a cupping session, you will train and discover your senses together (spoiler alert): Not all coffee is the same. We will prepare a wide variety of filter methods with you - from the classic V60 filter to the Chemex and the Aeropress. Together you will discover the variety of flavors of the individual beans and preparation methods and search for your favorite brewing method.
