KAKAO & SOUND with Yvi & Evy

Ooh yes, we are already really looking forward to this evening at studiosüd CGN: we will start with a ritual cocoa ceremony in which Yvi will introduce you to the history of cocoa. Together we will experience the magical, heart-opening effect of raw cocoa. This will be followed by the sound bath, in which Evy will play the gong and Tibetan singing bowls - creating a carpet of sound and vibrations.

Tips:

• Ideally, you should not eat anything "heavy" on the day of the ceremony and only have a light meal 2-3 hours before the ceremony

• Feel free to wear comfortable clothes

• Drink plenty before and after, we provide tea & water for this purpose
