In the organizer's words:

Event Yoga X Nuyou

Thanks to our new cooperation with Nuyou, we can offer you the cocoa yoga event in November and December at a special price of €25 instead of the regular €45! The cocoa ceremony itself lasts two hours and in November and December there will be another hour in which you can get to know Nuyou.

Look forward to a session that will not only strengthen you physically, but also mentally - accompanied by Nuyou's unique cocoa fruit drinks. Nuyou's global tribe incorporates the cultural wisdom of different hemispheres to offer food and drinks with a special aura.

In addition to high-quality ceremonial cocoa, you have the opportunity to discover another part of the cacao fruit. Nuyou supports your body and mind with its mindful drinks made from cacao fruit juice and botanicals that provide functional support. Discover the diversity of Nuyou's cacao fruit drinks and take a virtual journey into the Ghanaian rainforest where the Nuyou global tribe extracts its golden nectar.

Immerse yourself in the world of cocoa and experience what sustainable, conscious enjoyment means.

Cocoa yoga - heart opening and grounding for beginners and experienced practitioners

Immerse yourself in the soothing power of Mama Cacao and experience a unique combination of yoga, meditation and inner reflection. This ceremony offers you the opportunity to ground yourself, open your heart and take a break from everyday life - regardless of whether you already have experience with cacao ceremonies or are taking part for the first time.

Arrive and introduce yourself

At the beginning, we create an atmosphere of trust with a short round of introductions. Both the participants and the teacher introduce themselves so that we can start the ceremony together in a relaxed and open atmosphere. It doesn't matter whether you already have experience with such rituals or not - this is about you and your well-being.

Gentle yoga practice and introduction to cocoa

This is followed by a gentle yoga practice (asanas) that prepares the body and mind for the cocoa ceremony. Supported by mindfulness exercises and meditation, you can engage in the experience at your own pace.

Cocoa ceremony - deep relaxation and grounding

The highlight is the cocoa ceremony. In a mindful moment, we drink the cocoa together and open our hearts to inner peace and clarity. You are invited to embark on your own personal journey and experience the moment in your own way.

Concluding together

After the ceremony, there will be time for a relaxed exchange and a cozy get-together. Over tea and in a relaxed atmosphere, you can share your experiences, ask questions or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. This ending offers the ideal setting to let the experience sink in. You are welcome to bring your journaling notebook to write down insights and impulses directly so that you can reflect on them in peace afterwards.

Please note on the day of the ceremony

- Refrain from caffeine

- Drink enough before the ceremony (water) and take a water bottle with you

- Eat only a light meal or snack

- Bring a nice mug for the cocoa

- Bring your journal or something else to write in and a pen
