Keil's Literaturrausch

For the new episode of his literary show, egoFM presenter and book enthusiast Günter Keil has invited two great artists:

Doris Dörrie and Nadège Kusanika will make themselves comfortable on the stage sofa and discuss with the host: About writing and living, home and identity, the experience of being different and the roots of creativity. They will also tackle challenges and respond to input from the audience.

There is a special connection between the writers: Nadège Kusanika, who came to Germany from the Democratic Republic of Congo at the age of 15, started her debut novel during the pandemic with the help of Doris Dörrie's writing tips. "Under the Same Sun" will be published by Aufbau Verlag in March.

Doris Dörrie is also publishing a new work in 2025: in "Wohnen" (Hanser Berlin), the frequent traveler describes how closely living is linked to cultures and how she creates artificial living environments as a filmmaker. As Dörrie never really wanted to settle down permanently, she also searches for her very own way of living in the book.
