Kein Berg zu hoch, kein Weg zu weit: Zur Faszination der Tour de France

The Tour de France is the world's biggest annual sporting event. It is a spectacle, a symbol, an economic factor, a myth. And for some, it is also a nuisance. For the protagonists, it is a challenge of its own kind.

Since its premiere in 1903, the Tour has been making history and stories. A story in 21 stages with the highest peaks and rapid descents, with shining winners and fallen heroes.

Sports historian, journalist and author Stephan Klemm has followed, reflected on and commented on the Tour many times and has now published a magnificent book entitled: "Tour de France: No mountain too high, no road too far". A knowledgeable and inspired journey through France on two wheels and a powerful piece of sporting history.

During his moderated reading, he will be accompanied by former racing cyclist Fabian Wegmann and a legendary voice of cycling, Herbert Watterott.
