What is it about?
"Gotteskinder" takes a look at life in a strict evangelical free church in Germany. Hannah has taken a vow of chastity, but when she falls in love with the new neighbor boy Max, her convictions begin to waver. Her brother Timotheus struggles with his sexual identity and desperately seeks "healing" because he believes his homosexuality is a sin. Both are faced with the decision to follow the expectations of their believing parents or to trust their own feelings.
