The author Kira Littwin cordially invites you to the premiere reading of her first book Bunte Himmel.
One day before the official publication, she will present her work in the Pelmke.

In Bunte Himmel, Kira Littwin writes to her deceased grandfather about everything that still needs to be said - thoughts, memories and emotions that always need space. She provides insights into her personal way of dealing with grief and combines the stories about her grandfather with her experiences as a death and grief counselor and as a grief speaker.

Her book is a sensitive examination of the themes of life, loss, hope and love. It takes the horror out of death and makes it seem softer. Because both death and grief want to be seen - in all their facets, colors, songs, scents and dreams.
