is folk music from Lüneburg, with roots in Utah, Portugal, Hamburg and Kiel. The four-piece band creates a melancholic to danceable sound with guitar, banjo, violin, mandolin, cello and harmonica, in which elements from various genres, from Americana to bluegrass to Irish folk, can be found. Instead of folk classics that have been played thousands of times, covers of contemporary artists such as Old Crow Medicine Show, Chuck Ragan or The Dead South alternate with their own compositions. The songs tell of personal experiences and stories from the margins of society, the outcasts, the failed, those who think differently, of losses and new beginnings.
