The children's conference invites you: Shaping the city of the future together!

On June 22, 2024 from 2 to 6 p.m., the exciting "Children's Conference" will take place at the Hohenzollernstraße playground at zitty.familie (city center). For a few hours, Büdchen-City, a city where everything revolves around children and their wishes, will be set up there. This special event is primarily aimed at children aged 5 to 10 and offers an afternoon full of creativity, fun and participation.

What can you expect?

An exciting afternoon from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. with numerous activities at various stations, including

• handicrafts
• planting
• painting
• building

The conference starts at 2 pm. Each child receives a route map at reception. The children visit the various stations, have their map stamped and collect a small surprise and the official Büdchencity ID card at reception at the end.

Our highlights:

• Radio Dada: Become part of our own radio station.
• Media district: Create your own artwork in the print bar.
• Musehum: Exhibit your works and admire those of others.
• Glitter tattoos: Get an eco-friendly glitter tattoo.

There will also be food, drinks, popcorn and stick bread will be baked outside. A special highlight is the star guest Wolframus, who stays in a mysterious place and looks into the future with the children.

Co-determination in the city

We want the children to think about their town and contribute their ideas. They can fill in a ballot paper and tell us what they would like to see or change in their town. The children's opinions are important to us and should be heard.
