In the organizer's words:

Encounter workshop "Contact science"

The event for more contact with ourselves and other people. This will be a guided, respectful and mindful encounter with new people.

(mainly getting to know each other and communication exercises, little physical interaction, non-sexual)

A two-hour workshop on how to come into contact with other people more safely and consciously, or how to shape this contact. There will be exercises on four aspects of contact:

1. Standing up for yourself/expecting yourself and experiencing the stage. (Showing yourself to people)
2. Feeling your own limits and being able to communicate them to others (rejecting something from people)
3. Feeling your own needs/wants and being able to communicate them to others. (Addressing people)
4. Finding consensus, checking in (agreeing with people)

The short, fun and playful content is instructive and empowering and offers opportunities for self-awareness and reflection. They take place in small or large groups. People can either participate or watch from the chill zone.

Other general conditions:

My offers are generally alcohol- and substance-free. We want to come into clear and sober contact with each other.

Open to all genders and sexual orientations. Queer encounters are also very welcome.

It is also important to us that we can all show ourselves authentically. This means, for example, that we also try to take sad, skeptical or reserved moods into consideration.

Instructor:
