Blue Yonder play their own songs between indie pop and jazz music - "urban pop" - under the starry sky of the URANIA Planetarium. From a groovy foundation to the blue distance, the duo plays with the timbres of the unusual instrumentation and delivers catchy melodies and lyrics. They are influenced by Feist and Björk, as well as jazz musicians such as Peter Bernstein and John Scofield. The lyrics tell of experiences and paint dazzling pictures between the stars. What could be more fitting than a view of the night sky, surrounded by stars and planets?
