We conjure up a deliciously spicy soup from lemongrass, lime leaves and chili, just like in the Far Eastern kitchen.

Menu sequence:

• Crispy prawn toast with mango and peanut salad
• Spicy lemongrass soup with ginger, garlic and coconut milk
• Marinated duck breast with fried rice
• Banana spring roll with chocolate-chili sauce

Our course fees include all ingredients, rental apron and recipe download for your cooking course and the following drinks: Aperitif, water, juices, white wine, red wine, various beers and specialty coffees.

Asian cuisine is synonymous with fragrant spices, exotic ingredients and special cooking methods. The aroma of typical cookshops is emblematic of all Asian countries. Fried spices, hot curries and coconut milk invite you to a feast. Chopping the many ingredients brings back memories of one of the lavish markets in Asian cities.
