Guided tour through the exhibition Hamburg and Tyrol - an alpine friendship in the lecture hall on the topic "When customs strike - Klaasohm, Krampus, contexts" with STRG_F author Gunnar Krupp and ethnologist Thomas Hauschild
The European curator of the MARKK, Lara Selin Ertener, will give a guided tour of the exhibition Hamburg and Tyrol on the 1st floor of the MARKK for about an hour from 6 pm.
This will be followed by a discussion with ethnologist Thomas Hausschild and television author Gunnar Krupp in the museum's main auditorium.
A recently published report by STRG_F and Panorama about the Klaasohm Festival on Borkum has triggered a discussion. The controversial traditions and the historical background will be discussed in a conversation between the two.
