Recently, artificial intelligences (AIs) such as ChatGPT have been able to take over the formulation of scientific texts and perhaps help us to achieve fame quickly. The idea of an all-powerful helper, a supernatural figure that does our work for us and brings us luxury and wealth, is probably as old as mankind - we know it from numerous fairy tales. In Estonia, for example, a creature from the world of myths and legends lends its name to the AI that has been used as a judge in the public sector since 2019: Kratt. The tales of this character, who is built from all kinds of junk and can then be brought to life with three drops of blood and devilish help, form the basis for the ballet score by Estonian-Swedish composer Eduard Tubin. To mark the 10th anniversary of BallettCompagnie Oldenburg, Antoine Jully creates a narrative ballet between myth, fantasy and reality.
