The future of SMEs is innovative, sustainable and circular!
The implementation of circular business models is not only an environmental necessity, but also represents a compelling competitive advantage. Companies that adopt circular practices can optimize the efficiency of their resource use, reduce costs and strengthen their resilience in the face of resource scarcity and market volatility.
In a small workshop part, we will learn to think circularly. The 10 Rs of the circular economy will provide us with helpful pointers.
We will then go into more detail on various circular options for action and business models, which will be presented on the basis of current best practices in the economy. In particular, possible circular strategies in SMEs will be discussed. These should be an essential part of sustainability management.
Finally, we will engage in an exciting exchange with the participants and discuss successes and current challenges in sustainability management. After all, the circular economy is a system and not a single action. Companies need a circular system with reliable partners, because only together can a circular economy be successful.
