Nicolás Cristancho - Yurgaki is a Colombian composer and multi-instrumentalist specializing in jazz and Afro-Caribbean music. He works as a sound designer for theater and performing arts. Nicolás explores the traditional sounds of Colombia and Cuba and combines them with contemporary urban styles. Founder of the music group Yurgaki, which uses diverse formats. His music, characterized by multicultural richness, can be heard in productions such as "Tres Nuevas formas de Respirar Bajo el Agua" and "Pacífico". He lives in Germany and is co-founder of the theater collective Cistifellea, where he works as a sound designer and performer.
