Art exhibition
The joint exhibition by Krzysztof Franaszek (Warsaw) and Gereon Krebber (Düsseldorf) is dedicated to the themes of mutations of forms and the process of determining meaning. By melting, bending, squeezing and dripping, Franaszek and Krebber transform original motifs and objects and blur the boundaries between the artificial (often urban) world and nature. The artists not only dissolve clear sculptural forms, but also play with the legibility and conventional meanings of things. All these ambiguities come together in the gallery of the Polish Institute in Düsseldorf. Curated by Małgorzata Jędrzejczyk.
