KunstSpielOrte – Das war's?! – Abschlussausstellung zum Pilotprojekt mit Workshop & Diskussion

In the organizer's words:

KunstSpielOrte, the pilot project of the Munich Cultural Department, invited people in Messestadt Riem to play artistically throughout the summer. Whether installations in public spaces, performative actions, artistic workshops or radio puzzle games: the selected projects made us laugh, marvel, think and participate.

From October 24 to 26, we would like to come together in Messestadt for a final event, share our experiences and results and think about what the future holds.

The framework for this is an exhibition in the Kopfbau, in which photos and objects provide an insight into the projects.

We are looking forward to celebrating the opening of the exhibition on Thursday, October 24th with City Councillor Marie Burneleit, Head of Cultural Affairs Anton Biebl and all those involved and interested!

On Friday, October 25, exciting guests await us for a discussion: Elena Sinanina, production manager of the Radical Playgrounds exhibition in Berlin, Christiane Hütter, co-founder of the invisible playground network and Raphael Krome from Raumfragen e.V. Against the background of our respective practices, we will exchange views on the potential of art and play in public spaces.

And last but not least, we cordially invite all families and art and play enthusiasts to take part in our creative workshops on Saturday , October 26!

Thu, October 24

6 - 9 pm: Opening of the exhibition

At the end of the project, we look forward to celebrating with everyone once again in Messestadt! Together with City Councillor Marie Burneleit, Head of Cultural Affairs Anton Biebl and all those involved, we will open the exhibition with photos from the Messestadt-Riem photo workshop and objects from the world of play and art.

4 - 6 pm: Discourse event: Art and play in public space - How do others do it?
