This short film evening focuses on challenges of all kinds.

In ICH DARF SIE IMMER ALLES FRAGEN by Silke Schönfeld, the felling of a cherry tree is the starting point of an intimate cinematic dialog between mother and daughter about unspeakable things.

Gabriel B. Arrahnio's I WAS NEVER REALLY HERE observes two young men in their encounters and their different perspectives on life.

In XANH, director Thi Dang An Tran animates her father's odyssey and his resulting attitude to life.
A night-time car journey, a collage of images, arrival in Munich.

I SEE THEM BLOOM by Mykyta Gibalenko begins inconspicuously until the farewell "Slava Ukraini" suddenly opens up a new context.

And in a very calm, considered and reflective manner, Volker Schlecht tells a personally experienced case study of the global loss of biodiversity in THE WAITING.
