Angelo Angelino Wemmje studied at the UdK Berlin from 2010 and graduated from the KHM Cologne in 2018 with a degree in media arts with a focus on literary writing and screenwriting. During his studies, Wemmje already worked as a film editor and edited the feature films "A Thought of Ecstasy" and "When Susan Sontag sat in the audience", among others. As an author and filmmaker, he realized the short film "Bohemia, IA", which premiered at DOK Leipzig 2017. Wemmje co-wrote the screenplay for the feature film "Paradise", which screened in competition at the Max Ophüls Preis film festival in 2020. In 2021, he received the Berlin Senate's research grant in the field of literature. He traveled to South Korea in 2022 with a DAAD residency scholarship. In December 2023, his debut novel "Venus Chicago" was published by Bartels & Bleil in Berlin.
Julienne De Muirier is a writer of prose and drama. She has written for theater productions at Theater Oberhausen, Schauspiel Dortmund and Theater Lübeck.
