With 169 strings through the infinite expanses of music! The Lanzinger Trio invites you on a special kind of voyage of discovery with dulcimer, zither and guitar. The traditional parlor music sound is the fixed star around which Komalé Akakpo, Jörg Lanzinger and Hannes Mühlfriedel circle again and again. From there, there are no limits to the joy of experimentation: rock, pop, jazz and folklore find their way into the incomparable original compositions. Although the Lanzinger Trio (almost) only play instrumentally, they have a lot to tell. Their string music stories describe experiences from everyday life or tell cinematic fantasy stories. Time and again, the three professional musicians also take a tongue-in-cheek look at the linguistic and human idiosyncrasies of the Swabian parallel universe. The Lanzinger Trio's almost cabaret-style presentations are just as popular as their music. And with their energy and extraterrestrial joy of playing, the three Swabians get the audience going at their performances at home and abroad! The Lanzinger Trio received a 2nd prize in the "Fraunhofer Folk Music Competition 2015" and the "Golden Zither 2013" for their work.
