As part of the Culture Days at the Alte Westend Apotheke, they offer their Levantine menu in a cozy atmosphere. Make yourself at home this Maundy Thursday, come with friends, family or even your blind date! One thing is for sure: it will be delicious, convivial and fun.

The menu:

Appetizer

Hummus, olive oil, marinated olives, labneh balls, home-baked large loaf of bread

Soup:

Cream of chervil soup and roasted hemp seeds

The table gets fuller:

Mixed leaf salad with orange mustard dressing and sunflower seeds

Red lentil salad with carrot, celery and chili

Couscous with garden herbs and dried fruit

The table is full:

Schliersee lake trout wrapped in bread

Braised pointed cabbage with linseed oil and roasted hazelnuts

Dessert

Salted lemon semifreddo
