Lesung Janita-Marja Juvonen: "Die Anderen - die harte Realität der Obdachlosigkeit"

The topic of homelessness is often associated with men living on the streets. So what does being homeless mean for women*? How (in)visible are homeless women on the street, in society and in the support system?
We look forward to talking to Janita-Marja Juvonen about this and much more!
As a woman who lived on the streets herself for 14 years, she will read from her book "Die Anderen. The harsh reality of homelessness". After the reading, we invite you to talk to Janita-Marja Juvonen and broaden our perspective together.
The reading is part of the week of action around November 25th, the day against violence against women. The event is organized by the Arbeitskreis Kritische Feministische Sozialarbeit with the kind support of the Frauenreferat Frankfurt.
