Klaus Richards, known as Richy, an ex-art and social studies teacher from Hamburg, has long since stopped understanding the world. Everything around him is changing, his neighborhood, the pubs, the stores, the music, his family - his whole life. Richy flips out several times a day. When he literally goes for the throat of the janitor who keeps blowing leaves, Richy has to attend anti-aggression training. At first, these anonymous outbursts really get on his nerves. But under the gentle guidance of therapist Norbert, the group members become more and more likeable and want to put what they have learned into practice. But they seem to have misunderstood something, as inexplicable incidents and even deaths occur ....
