In the organizer's words:

Michael Kegler reads from his translation of "Streich dieses Wort / Risque esta palavra" by Brazilian poet Ana Martins Marques and talks to publisher Martin Pflanzer (Hagebutte Verlag) about working on the recently published volume of poetry. The reading will be in German with some excerpts in Portuguese. Musical accompaniment with Bossa Nova in German by the trio Martin Lickleder, Claudia Kaiser and Ralf Nickolaus.

About the book: The poetry of Brazilian poet Ana Martins Marques usually manages with few words. Fragments of everyday life, situations, things, observations that point beyond themselves, illuminating the inner self, appear like brushstrokes. Poems from several years come together in four chapters: About death, love, language and smoking.
