Made in Düsseldorf is a series of exhibitions organized by Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf in cooperation with the NRW-Forum. It is dedicated to contemporary artists who are connected to Düsseldorf and the Rhineland through their studies, place of residence or artistic content. In the sixth exhibition entitled Light and Shadow, photographic works from the Stadtsparkasse Düsseldorf collection by Janice Guy, Martina Sauter, Elger Esser, Anna Vogel, Eileen Quinlan and Frauke Dannert will be shown from September 13 to October 27, 2024. All positions negotiate the limits and possibilities of photography and fan out the many shades of the medium.
