HOME - that is the musical theme of violinist Liv Migdal's new album. Edward Grieg from Norway, Amanda Meier from Sweden, Ethyl Smyth from England - all three composers use melodies from their homeland in their works.
Liv Migdal, who comes from a family of artists, began her violin studies as an eleven-year-old junior student at the Rostock University of Music and Drama. She continued her artistic training in Igor Ozim's master class at the Salzburg Mozarteum, followed by studies in early music with Reinhard Goebel.
