The LiveTanzBar is a live band social organized by the Dresden Hepcats at the Parkhotel auf dem Weißen Hirsch. Regional swing bands perform here once a month. The spectrum ranges from big bands (e.g. NTSO) to small but fine jazz combos (e.g. Blue Alley Jazz Band).
The LiveTanzBar shines not only because of the experience of live swing music in a ballroom atmosphere, but also because of its high profile in the Dresden swing dance community, so the evening is always a good opportunity to meet swing dancers, get to know them and of course to DANCE!
Before the live band starts, our dance instructors will show you a few swing dance basics from 8 p.m., making the evening perfect for newcomers or course beginners to get a taste of the swing dance experience.

Christian Schöbel and Mario Meusel met in Stuttgart in 1992 and began their career together in 1994. With Gert Hausmann and Prof. Siegfried Ludwig as mentors and jam partners such as Weber, Zwingenberger, Rannenberg and others, they are now nationally and internationally sought-after musicians.
After more than 25 years of concertizing, travelling and, above all, the many good encounters that music continues to give us, here are some biographical details
data:
As of now, we have played in 7 countries. In recent years, we have mainly played throughout Germany. Clubs, festivals, boogie nights, public events, theaters and, of course, private and industrial events. We looked it up, there are now 3000 gigs.
