LOKALRUNDE Mit: Stereo, Hexagon und The Space Turtles

This edition of the Lokalrunde proves that Bergedorf can also rock hard. THE SPACE TURTLES, currently consisting of just two members on guitar and drums, are influenced by bands such as The Strokes, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Metallica and cover their songs. If things get a little more historic, they also play music by Dire Straits and Pink Floyd.

With the amplifiers turned up to the maximum, STEREO are inspired by Linkin Park, Bring Me The Horizon and similar bands, but their repertoire now consists of their own songs ranging from rock to metalcore. The trio got to know each other as part of the "Pop II Go" support program and have already played gigs at the Fabrik and Knust.

With gripping riffs, atmospheric sounds, rhythmic finesse and emotional lyrics, HEXAGON have been shaking up the North German rock scene since 2019. They even reached the national final of the Emerganza band contest in Berlin. Most recently, front woman Cäcilia cleared a 4-buzzer in the 13th season of The Voice of Germany (2023) and chose the team of Tom and Bill Kaulitz.
