The main act is Anne Sauer, who will be reading from 13 freshly published chapters of feminist declarations of love to Ms. Swift.
About Anne's book "Look What She Made Us Do"
Taylor Swift reminds me every day of something I used to want to suppress: Feel as much and as intensely as you want," writes bookfluencer and Swiftie Anne Sauer. She gets up at six in the morning when Taylor Swift calls with new music, doesn't think of bad luck when she hears the number 13 and has the right lyrics for every situation in life. How do you explain the love for the most successful female artist of our time that unites all Swifties worldwide? And why are many critics still keen to talk down Swift's unprecedented success and economic influence?
In 13 chapters, Anne Sauer reflects on feminism and Taylor Swift, takes a critical look at the media reception of the pop star, but also at her own fandom. She examines her connection to Taylor Swift and embarks on a personal journey through the musical "Eras" of the last two decades.
A book for all Swifties - and for all those who could become one.
About Anne
Anne Sauer is a freelance copywriter, podcaster and presenter in Hamburg. Like Taylor Swift, she was born in 1989, studied book science and philosophy and graduated from the Hamburg School of Ideas. She is part of literary juries, recommends books with Tina Lurz in the podcast "MONATSLESE" or as @fuxbooks on Instagram. In 2022, she won the Börsenblatt Young Excellence Award for her work. She doesn't want to be asked which Taylor Swift album is her favorite - but she would probably answer with reputation.
