LOS GUACHOS

In the organizer's words:

Los Guachos - we play cumbia and other Latin American sounds. In addition to guitar, bass, drums and Spanish vocals, classical instruments such as the guiro are also used. Of course, a small brass section is also a must, so that standing still to the groovy Latin vibes becomes an absolute impossibility. Originally from Colombia, cumbia is now widespread throughout Latin America and is also becoming increasingly popular in Europe. It is therefore not surprising that the members of the six-piece band, which is based in Freiburg, are also predominantly from Latin America. The Chilean band name arose from a diaspora feeling of distance, but this music makes transatlantic beaming possible!
