LUXURY COMMUNISM play Rusty Indie Surf Rock with melodies that quickly become catchy!
The band formed in 2021 during the pandemic and locked themselves in the rehearsal room to work on their first songs together.

Main vocalist and guitarist Jack Devaney moved from England to Germany in 2014 and has been writing songs for over 15 years now, honing his 60/70s pop sensibilities over several years.
The line-up continues to be international: Natalie Bernei (drums), the only native of Düsseldorf, is joined by Victor Zuza (lead guitar) from Moldova and the band's newest member Mouloud Mammerie (bass) from Algeria.
After a short time, the band played its first concert at O'Reilly's Irish Pub in the old town, where the band then performed regularly. Since then, further gigs have followed, as well as a live session at RheinUnplugged and a refugee campaign for Ukraine at Club Koyote at the Demosani Festival. Concerts at Stadtklang were followed by an appearance as support for one of Düsseldorf's most popular bands "The Buggs" at the legendary Tube.
Four music videos have already been released for their five-track EP, some of which have already achieved 4-digit click figures.
The band is currently working on many new songs that will be performed at the Zakk, so come along!
