Luzie & Oskar meet on a sunny day by the sea. Luzie is a bright, adventurous girl and a real water rat. Oskar, on the other hand, is rather shy and cautious. He thinks fishing is cool and only puts his big toe in the water. What these two different children experience on the beach
and why learning to swim is important is told in this upbeat beach story. A bicycle with a trailer and a puppeteer who conjures up a jetty, beach and water from the trailer in just a few simple steps make the vacation feeling perfect.
