MAKING HISTORY - Hans Makart und die Salonmalerei des 19. Jahrhunderts

Together with the museum's largest painting by Hans Makart from 1878, 60 other 19th-century paintings and sculptures from the Kunsthalle's collection are on display in the prestigious Makart Room, including many of the founding paintings of the museum, which opened in 1869.
