MenDance/WomenDance | Die queere Party

In the organizer's words:

MenDance/WomenDance is the largest queer party series in the Braunschweig region. It has been taking place regularly since 1989 and is now one of the oldest party series in Germany.

Over the years, the party has always found a new home. Initially in the TU canteen in Katharinenstraße, later in the Meier Music Hall and the Gewandhaus. The Stereowerk has been the new venue since 2022. Contrary to what the name suggests, the event has always been open to all queer people and allies. The MenDance/WomenDance is designed and organized by a volunteer team.

Notes: No admission for people under the age of 18. The venue is not barrier-free. The venue has a rest area and all-gender toilets. It is not possible to pay for tickets at the venue.
