"A glitch is a mistake, a fail, a non-functioning" - Legacy
The transdisciplinary theater evening Minor Glitch embarks on a post-apocalyptic journey.
While the world outside has already changed, three proto-types of Western financial capitalism continue to work inside their bunker. They are sometimes hustle culture types, then start-up offices, sometimes fitness trainers or family men. The main thing is that they don't notice what's going on outside their window.
"Luckily we're inside and this, that, the other, the other is outside.
It's still... It's still...
It's always been nice here.
It's three-some here."
But the outside slithers and floods in until it shakes the system of the three. Inspired by Legacy Russell's "Glitch Feminism", "Minor Glitch" explores the power of change that a "glitch" can have in the system and attempts utopian world-building.
With the practice of "Aesthetics of Access", where accessibility is integrated into the production from the outset with an artistic claim, the theater evening is intended to be equally accessible to blind, visually impaired and sighted audiences.
