Mittendrin‐Workshop

In the organizer's words:

The tray with the sandwiches, the wedding cake, the portion of sausages with chips or the pile of chocolates: The props department equips the stage with all the little things that bring a picture to life, and this very often includes food. Sometimes food is actually eaten on stage, but even more often entire menus are conjured up in the props workshop from polystyrene, foam, acrylic and modeling clay. In the next Mittendrin workshop, Anne Schulz, Head of Props, will show exactly how this works and that cut-up cables and cork crumbs look wonderful on muffins.

The two-day workshop will take place on Friday, November 29 from 16:00 - approx. 20:00 and on Saturday, November 30 from 10:00 - approx. 17:00.

The meeting point on Friday is 15:50 at the stage entrance of the Staatstheater (Du-Ry-Straße, next to the documentahalle)

Participation is limited to 12 people. Binding registration is requested at plus@staatstheater-kassel.de.
