More Bubbles Tour: Searching for Home im Bürgerbahnhof Vohwinkel

Searching for Home will finally be touring Germany again in 2024. The eleven-piece band collective with musicians and producers from all over Germany overruns clubs and festivals with great sound, enormous joy of playing and fat beats, without missing out on rich colors and fragile moments. Led by the versatile voice of singer Ida, the musicians impress not only with their flashes of solo creativity but above all with their collective feel for the moment and the audience. With their influences ranging from jazz and funk to indie rock, classical and world music
you could accuse them of not knowing what they want. But the opposite is the case here: they
know exactly what they want, they simply don't want to leave anything behind on their journey.

In 2022, the band released their last album "Hidden Errors" (Neuklang / Bauer Studios), toured with it
toured at home and abroad, celebrated radio premieres and won first prizes at the Sparda Jazz Award
and at the international Jazzfruit Contest. Now Searching for Home is back with new music. Under the
"More Bubbles", the young musicians appeal to us to look optimistically to the future
optimistically, to try things out and not to miss out on anything. A human and musical message
message that should not be missed

"Funk is experiencing a revival, and the band shows why: massive groove, great voice and refreshing solos" is how jury member Volker Dueck (IntuiGon label) rated the 1st prize winner of the Sparda Jazz Award 2023.

In addition to jazz, funk and soul, this time the band has also added influences from African folklore, trap beats and sounds from the Middle East to their original compositions.
