The Neo New York-Style Pizza Popup by @michelmachtpizza is entering its second and final round this year after the first overwhelming event three months ago at Friesenwall!

This time, the pop-up is opening its doors at the [ais] Eismanufaktur in Cologne's Südstadt district and creating a fusion of hot and cold that will be second to none.

With his Neo New York-Style Pizza, Michel has developed a mixture of different pizza styles. The wholesome dough of a Neapolitan pizza meets the crispiness and aesthetics of a NY-style pizza slice and the taste profile of a New Haven-style pizza.
