WELCOME BACK, IT'S AUTUMN

The leaves are red again and falling from the branches, and so are we! "Welcome Back, It's Autumn"! The fall-themed season opener will take you through a night that feels like a mix of a DIY concert in your grandparents' basement, a child's birthday party in a tree house and flying while lucid dreaming.

We have a great live program with Diplomatic Fun (twee pop/shoegaze), hard drive recovery club (folk/slowcore) and Hospital Meat (slacker/rock 'n' roll). The performances will take place throughout the night.

We are also introducing our brand new party series called "Wet Pants & Rock n Roll", which is all about painstakingly selected top hits that fall somewhere between "Obvious Tune"and "Wow I forgot that existed". The "Soundtrack of The Bear" category.

The music includes everything from post-punk to shoegaze, from My Bloody Valentine to The Replacements.

The night will also include all kinds of games and small competitions. The information will be published here on this page in good time. As with every Season Opener, our Game Room / Listening Room is also part of it, where you can do everything from playing Mario Kart / chess to painting and handicrafts.

Diplomatic Fun (Twee-Pop / Shoegaze from Stuttgart)

Diplomatic Fun is the 2021 twee-pop/shoegaze project by Lilian Gonzalez and Jonathan Ohr from Stuttgart. Their mostly two-part vocals in English and Spanish are accompanied by 2 guitars, minimalist drums (Luca Reddemann) and bass (Bojan Kostovic), which reveal influences from surf and noise pop. Hospital Meat (Slacker / Rock n Roll)

Hospital meat. Wondering what this is all about? We are too. Let's find out together, because the human abyss can usually only be recognized through music. Band members Sebastian (bass and drums) and Julie (synthesizer, vocals and harmonica) share this opinion. What could be better in a friendship than transforming shared suffering into music? With the support of Arthur (bass) and Jakob and Linus from the Greislige Uhus, all this takes shape. Because as Georg Büchner once wrote in his "Woyzeck": "Every human being is an abyss."

Ready to spend the night with a soundtrack as unique as a pair of wet pants? Welcome to "Wet Pants & Rock n Roll", our new party series that delivers the perfect mix of classics and long-forgotten gems - a musical journey that will make you sweat and at the same time awaken your deepest and most beautiful memories of past soundscapes.

Our DJs have spared no effort to curate the best tracks that hover somewhere between "Obvious Tune" and "Wow, I forgot this existed". Think of the perfect soundtrack to the award-winning series The Bear, but in your favorite club and with even more bass, guitar riffs and wonky vocals. From post-punk to shoegaze, from My Bloody Valentine to The Replacements, from Gang of Four to Jockstrap. DJ lineup will be published on this page soon. +

Game Room + Bake Sale

If you need a break then you could have a look in our Game Room. The second room will be turned into a game room. We have prepared chess boards, backgammon, Mario Kart and many other surprises. There will also be plenty of seating (to cool off after a hot show). We will also bring our favorite records and there will be coffee and cake at midnight.
