NILS WÜLKER & ARNE JANSEN - Closer

Trumpeter Nils Wülker is coming to Hanover as part of his "Closer" tour and is bringing his good friend, guitarist Arne Jansen, to the Jazz Club. In their current duo project, the two jazz musicians enter into an active musical dialog. With original compositions and cover versions of their favorite pop and rock songs, they demonstrate their almost blind understanding when making music together. With their album "Closer", they reached number 15 in the German cross-genre charts. Since last fall, they have also been delighting large audiences live. Listeners can accompany the two ECHO Jazz Award winners on their journey between ultimate reduction and orchestral sound as if they were good friends with the exceptional musicians themselves. It doesn't get any closer than this.
