In 2024, presenter Ninia LaGrande is launching another version of the literary series "Ninia presents..." with the Pavilion.
She invites authors to present their literature and texts from the fields of fiction, journalism, poetry and pop culture on stage on six different evenings.
Special insights into the authors and their works are provided during and at the end of the readings in a follow-up discussion with the presenter.

Saralisa Volm is an actress, art historian, filmmaker and author. In 2017, the film satire "Fikkefuchs", which she produced, caused a sensation. In 2022, she appeared as Germaine Greer in the award-winning feature film "Als Susan Sontag im Publikum saß" (directed by RP Kahl). Her feature film debut as a director, "Silent Stands the Forest", premiered at the 2022 Berlinale.

In the pavilion, she will read from her book "Das ewige Ungenügend: Eine Bestandsaufnahme des weiblichen Körpers", published in 2023: Everywhere is body. Evaluation is everywhere. No escape. What does that do to us? Saralisa Volm, is torn between a general overhaul of her body and a big "Fuck you". Can't you just find yourself out of shape and still enjoy life? The 38-year-old has dealt intensively with the topic of the body, both professionally and privately. Here she tells the story of her ambivalent relationship with her own body. It is the starting point for the feminist debate on the subject. Who is to blame for our beauty dilemma? And above all: what can we women do to counter it?
