Stone sculptures and photographic art

Norbert Diemert finds inspiration for his free forms through observations in everyday life and in nature. He is not interested in imitating or merely depicting the impressions he finds, but in symbolizing tensions. The oscillation between dynamics and statics, figuration and abstraction, man and nature is a recurring theme throughout his oeuvre.

Based on Diemert's sculptures, he has also created photographic works of a special kind.Large-format, monochrome facial landscapes, drawn on canvas, contrast with colorful "lines of vibration".

Opening: Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 6 pm.
Artist talk: Friday, October 25, 2024 from 4:30 - 6 p.m.

Closing: Finissage with public discussion on November 8, 2024 at 4 pm.

Opening hours: Wed + Fri 3 - 6 pm, Thu 5 - 8 pm
