"Nothing About Us Without Us" - The interactive exhibition at Kulturhaus Milbertshofen explores media activism from a migrant perspective. From November 8 to December 1, 2024, Free Radio LORA, in collaboration with Kulturhaus Milbertshofen, is presenting the interactive and multilingual exhibition "Nothing About Us Without Us" by the transcultural network medien.vielfalt! The exhibition offers insights into the work of young media activists with refugee and migration experience and takes a critical look at the German media public.

The aim of the exhibition is to raise awareness of the perspectives and challenges of young people with refugee and migration experience and to question stereotypical representations in the media. Visitors can expect a diverse collection of graphics, illustrations, photos, texts as well as video and audio stations that vividly convey the stories and views of the media makers. "I have a right to my word; it's not a gift that others give me," says media activist Roubama Baba-Traoré, describing her experiences and the importance of her work.

Open Tue-Fri 10am-8pm and at weekends during public events.
